As the largest division in the Swissport group, Swissport Americas were initially looking for an automated billing solution for their ground handling operation.

During discussions about Focus, our popular Flight Costing module, the Swissport operations team quickly identified the significant benefits the FiNDnet component could also bring to bear. Seeing that the FiNDnet suite could provide and end-to-end business solution, from sharp-end operations through to financial handoff to the accounts package, Swissport Americas determined that the Suit could cover the full range of their needs.

The suite is currently rolling out to over 30 stations across the USA and Canada, being hosted centrally from the corporate data centre in Washington. 

Initially rolling out for Las Vegas, San Francisco and Washington Dulles, Swissport are already seeing significant operational benefits even at this early stage.
