NAVIGAtour completes its first quarter of live operation in London and Manchester.
The latest release of NAVIGAtour, Damarel's integrated Tour Operator Front and Back Office System, is now fully operational and has successfully completed its first three months handling all new flights and bespoke tour packages for a major Latin-American travel specialist.
This new version of NAVIGAtour is browser-based, allowing users in both London and Manchester, along with remote teleworkers, to access the centralised system using low cost communications links and standard internet services.
The integrated document production has freed up travel consultants' time, allowing for greater focus on customer contact and service, while the integrated e-mail interface allows for an immediate response to clients requests and automated communications with suppliers.
