FiNDnet, the latest web based version of FiND is live at Hong Kong International for MAG

FiNDnet is now running live for worldwide ground handling agent Menzies in Hong Kong, supporting their day-to-day operation.

This powerful, updated version of FiND includes all the facilities of previous releases, along with additional features and a much improved user interface.

FiND, an operational database targeted at handling agents, will provide all the automation features required by Menzies operation, including:

  • Real-time flight information updates
  • SITA message handling
  • Automated links to the HKG FIDS/AODB
  • User definable displays

FiND will be a highly effective part of MAGs commitment to maintaining their high levels of customer service.

With hosting being provided across the Internet from a remote location, FiND is a truly distributed application offering secure access whenever, and wherever, it is needed.
