Long standing customers of Damarel, Servisair have been using our FiND2000 product to enhance their operations for many years.  As part of this ongoing relationship, Servisair recently asked Damarel to upgrade their legacy Gatwick operation to the latest version of FiNDnet Operations.

A major systems upgrade at such a busy station is always a challenge, and it takes a great deal of experience and planning to provide a seamless transition with no downtime. With Damarel’s experience and understanding of airport environments, the project was quickly underway, employing the unrivalled expertise of our FiNDnet team, working relentlessly to ensure a smooth cutover to the new FiNDnet Operational Database. 

The result:  Servisair are now running the latest version of FiNDnet Operations, and are able to leverage the extended flexibility and richer feature set that the upgrade offers, including:

• Updated, flexible planning reports providing even greater visibility of the operation and assisting with future planning.
• Consolidated and automated messaging facilities, including Type B over email, reducing Type-B costs and increasing flexibility.
• Real-time data capture and distribution, improving coordination and increasing staff performance.
• Post operation analysis reports, providing immediate feedback on the performance of the operation.
• A centrally hosted monitoring and reporting system, aiding Servisair’s head office in monitoring and reporting on various tasks.

FiNDnet integrates with existing airport information systems at LGW, providing real-time information to both FiNDnet displays and 3rd party systems within the airport, relaying important information to airport staff and passengers.
