Extra Invoicing for Focus PDF Print E-mail

Part of the FiNDnet Suite, Damarel’s Focus product provides high levels of automation for the production of invoices for flights and services. Focus covers the whole flight billing process, from direct data collection during airport operations, through automated charging and invoice production to updating accounting systems.

Focus’ core billing capability now has a powerful add-on option available, extending the invoicing facilities to include retrospective invoices, credit notes and ad-hoc invoicing.

Focus’ new enhancements extend the invoice capability to include:

  • retrospective invoices for contracted services previously missed
  • ad-hoc invoicing for additional one-off services, and
  • partial or full credit notes for automated or ad-hoc invoices

These features provide even greater flexibility and tighter than ever control of revenues and allow for recovery of payment for services previously provided.
