ANA are replacing their existing passenger check-in, boarding and lounge registration applications with Damarel's advanced Babel CLF and Embark solutions in a drive to simplify airport operations and reduce agent training. Initial deployment at Narita will be followed by a worldwide rollout to all airports where ANA require access to their host DCS (ABLE). This includes implementation on multiple CUTE platforms from ARINC, SITA, RESA and Travelsky. This is the second major installation for ANA, after the recently completed Backup DCS program, designed to provide Business Continuity for their check-in operation at the busy Tokyo Narita and Haneda airports. Using the latest generation of L-DCS, ANA can ensure the smooth running of their airport operations during any critical host outage.
