Products![]() FiNDnet ServicesFlight Handling Service CaptureIntroduction and OverviewDamarel provides business solutions for Airport Operations. Without automation, the provision of additional services to customer airlines produces additional paperwork burdens. With a variety of forms in multiple copy being distributed around the organisation, there is a lot of duplicated effort. Also, with confusion as to which customers are charged for which services, there is a potential for loss of revenue. FiNDnet Services addresses each of these issues. FiNDnet Services simplifies the capture and processing of service details. It reduces effort by allowing the service provision details to be captured electronically at source, including shipside using PDA technology. Service details can be sent electronically to accounts for automated billing via Damarel's FiNDnet Billing system and for head office reporting. Improved Revenue CaptureAt the outset, FiNDnet Services is configured to know which services are chargeable for which customers, leaving staff simply to record service provision. The risk of services being missed is dramatically reduced and revenue capture for services provided outside of the contract is improved. Once recorded and calculated, the information generated in FiNDnet Services for additional services can be exported to Damarel's FiNDnet Billing system for automated billing. Paperwork and Mailing ReductionRecording service details electronically at source eliminates duplicate capture of the data and slashes the mailing requirements for the same information. All areas, including ramp manager, station manager and head office, have access to the same core information, and have the ability to extract the information required for their own reporting needs. System OperationDesigned to be simple to use, with rapid data entry, FiNDnet Services prompts the user to enter details for a flight through a services pallet. Guided entry and validation rules ensure the user captures the right information for each service. Comprehensive reports allow operators to view a wide variety of information, from services provided to a particular flight through to all services for the day. System ConfigurationFiNDnet Services allows the user to configure their own pallets and service forms, providing a uniquely flexible, highly configurable solution that can be tailored to meet the business requirement. FiNDnet Services can be administered locally by staff at an airport, or for larger organisations operating at several airports, from the Head Office allowing for corporate control of the configuration. Utilisation StatisticsBeing able to capture details of every service provided to any particular flight, allows the system to produce an accurate view of additional ad-hoc on-stand costs.
