Ground handlers provide many different services to airlines during a turn around, and in an industry with very low margins it is vital that all of these services are charged for. Without the proper tools, recording these details produces additional paperwork burdens. With a variety of forms in multiple copy being distributed around the organisation, there is a lot of duplicated effort. This is made worse in a busy operation by confusion about which customers are charged for which services, leading to a significant loss of revenue. Improved Revenue CaptureAt the outset, FiNDnet Services is configured to know which services are chargeable for which customers, leaving staff simply to record service provision. The risk of services being missed is dramatically reduced and revenue capture for services provided outside of the contract is improved. Once recorded and calculated, the information generated in FiNDnet Services for additional services can be exported to Damarel's FiNDnet Billing system for automated billing.
